Young Girls Can Find That Perfect Dress at New Beginnings Event March 14, 2015

New Beginnings "Say Yes to the Prom Dress" event is here again to help young girls find that perfect dress!

For one day only girls will be able to browse their selection of over 1,000 prom and graduation dresses ranging in size from 0-26 that they can wear to their special spring event.

The "Say Yes to the Prom Dress" event takes place at New Beginnings, 1015 Highland Ave. Windsor, on Saturday March 14^th from 10 a.m. to 2 pm. It is FREE and open to the public… don’t worry fitting rooms are available to ensure it’s a perfect fit!

Since its inception seven years ago the "Say Yes to the Dress" event has helped over 900 young women find the dress of their dreams. All dresses are either new or gently used and are donated by local retailers and individuals.

Dress donations can be dropped off at their Janette Ave site office (1049 Janette Ave.) Monday – Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm.  For more information on donating dresses please contact Myles Soulliere, Program Manager at 519.254.2363 x416.

Annual Vegas Night Dinner, Feb. 21, 2015 at the Kingsville Arena

It’s that time of year again and the Knights of Columbus Council 8233 and the Town of Kingsville is hosting their Annual Vegas Night Dinner and Auction on Saturday February 21 2015 at the Kingsville Arena.  Casino style games begin at 4:30 pm using Vegas Dollars, followed by Dinner Buffet and cash bar at 7 pm.

This year guests will also enjoy complimentary wine tasting, a complimentary glass of Wine and Hors D’oeuvres before dinner while trying their luck at the many Casino Games. 

The Auction starts at 9 pm where guests use their Vegas Dollars they have won at the games to bet on over 100 items.  The Auction is the highlight of the evening featuring great prizes including Family Hotel getaways, Caesars Windsor overnight stay, tickets to the Coliseum and a $100 meal voucher, Back Yard Big Screen Movie, Hockey Registration and so much more.
