Leadership
Advancement for Women and Sport (LAWS) is in the throes of planning a very
unique event, which is a golf event (not a tournament) for women only with a
dual purpose.
First,
it is another opportunity to share the work of LAWS with the community; second,
it is a shared fundraiser to assist Erica Rivard with her golf aspirations.
Erica is a local golfer currently in the qualification process for the LPGA.
The
design of the event is based on the concept of Networking through Sport - Doing
Business on the Golf Course. There will be some instruction but also some info
about the value of golf to advance a career. You do not need a foursome -
register as an individual. The information follows and is on our website at www.l-a-w-s.org under events.
