27: The John McGivney Children’s Centre presents “Super
Heroes Run” at Malden Park, Matchette Road with check in
beginning at 10 a.m. The Super event features both 5k and 1k adventure
runs with a myriad of activities and obstacles to make it fun for anyone!
Proceeds benefit the centre’s programs and services, which enrich the lives of
children and youth with disabilities and special needs. Cost to participate
ranges from $15 (children 12 & under - 1 km), $25 (children 12 & Under
- 5 km and adults 1 km), $50 (adults 5 km), $150 (group/family 5 km); free for children 3 &
under! Awards to follow at the John McGivney Children’s Centre next to Malden
